Founded by brothers Ed and Charlie Wood, Wood Brothers Distillery co. blends a deep-rooted farming heritage with a passion for craft spirits. As sixth-generation family farmers, the brothers transformed their estate and stone granary barns into a working distillery in 2017, with their first spirits released in early 2018. Their commitment to single estate production means that every bottle of Wood Bros Vodka and Gin begins with winter wheat grown, milled, mashed, and fermented directly on their 1,000-acre farm.

At the heart of their process is a respect for the land, which they’ve nurtured for generations. The distillery is located on the family farm where they grow not only winter wheat but also barley and rye, used to produce their premium gin, vodka, and soon, whiskey. This closed-loop approach ensures total control from field to bottle, resulting in award-winning spirits that reflect both quality and provenance.
