Birra Peja JSC

The brewery’s foundation was laid in 1968, with production officially beginning in May 1971 under Yugoslav management. Following the war in Kosovo, Birra Peja JSC was privatized in 2006, entering Slovenian ownership, which spurred significant investments in machinery and production capacity. A major ownership and management shift in 2014 further modernized the brewery, expanding its market reach.

Birra Peja JSC continues to thrive, offering a range of high-quality beers, including Peja Zero, which has gained international recognition. The brand has seen strong demand beyond Albanian territories, securing placements in Turkey’s two largest supermarket chains, Migros and Carrefour.
