Established in 1996, Custom Co-Pak, one of the largest tea packaging companies on the East Coast, has grown from its humble beginnings in a 12,000 square foot facility to a prominent player occupying a 40,000 square foot space in Philadelphia. Family-owned and operated, the business is led by partners Len Syzper Sr., Len Szyper Jr., and Mike Medvidik, boasting over 100 years of collective experience in the tea industry. With a fleet of over 30 tea bagging machines equipped to handle various projects, Custom Co-Pak prides itself on delivering expedient and high-quality services to meet clients’ needs. Len Sr., the company’s founder, brings over 55 years of industry expertise and a commitment to quality and innovation, while Len Jr. and Mike oversee day-to-day operations and administration, driving continuous improvements in cost and efficiency. Operating under stringent quality standards, including SQF Level 2 certification and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP guidelines, Custom Co-Pak ensures the production of top-quality tea bags.
